I happened to be in the area and called last minute to see if they had any availability. They were very accommodating, which I really appreciated! The facial itself was wonderful. After a thorough skin analysis, the therapist recommended their promotional treatment, which was very reasonably priced, and I'm so glad I tried it. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt noticeably smoother and refreshed afterwards. I would definitely come back. The only small drawback is that the treatment rooms don't offer complete sound privacy. The walls are thin and don't extend all the way to the ceiling, so occasional conversations or the doorbell can be heard. That said, the quality of the service and the results made it a very positive experience overall.

Highly recommended! Purchased a 60 min facial from Groupon and really enjoyed it. The interior is really modern and nice. Will definitely come back with family + friends. I was a bit lost as to where the spa is, but make sure to find a door that has "new crystal skin care" labeled on the staircase. And you can walk up the stairs, and the spa place is right there. Make sure to ring the doorbell so they can open the door for you. If you've purchased from Groupon before, you'll know that the business owners always ask for tax money in person since Groupon doesn't cover it (I paid $5 per person, which is pretty normal) I called ahead of time and made a reservation and they were kind to call me the day before to remind me about the appointment. I booked it for 2 people, and we had our own room together. (Only thing is the rooms aren't fully covered in the ceiling so if someone in the next room is talking loudly you'll be able to hear them) At the reception desk, the lady was really nice and told us to sit on the couch. We then showed our Groupon and she made sure to help us click "view voucher" and she had no problem accepting the coupon. (Previously, I've experienced a situation where a salon would tell me to cancel the coupon on the app so I can pay the price in person, but I'm glad it was an easy transaction with the Groupon voucher here) She brought us to our room and we settled in and put our coats on the cute hangers on the wall. I'm glad they have a blanket for us so we can stay warm while we get a facial. For the 60 min facial: They begin by rinsing your face with water and then applying a soften cleanser on your face, while massaging your face (the scent smelled like cucumber) Afterwards, they'll bring a machine that blows hot steam on your face. And then they'll extract pores from your face (it may hurt depending on your pain tolerance and the amount of blackheads you have. My bf said it hurt a lot for him because of the amount of blackheads he has and it was his first time trying a facial) She also asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed, which was pretty nice since I thought it was just a facial. And then they'll apply a mask on your face and put a plastic cover on top so that the mask doesn't dry up. (The plastic smell kind of bothered me since it has a Saran Wrap smell, but my bf was fine with it) Afterwards, she rinses my face and applies a cream or something that smells like cucumbers while massaging my face. Lastly, she told me to sit up straight and helped massage my back for a bit. Was a bit shocking since I was getting used to waking up, but a bit refreshing since my back was a bit cramped from laying down for a while. For the service and price I paid for, it was really good!! The only thing that bothered me was the clock in the room, I was trying to fall asleep to the background piano music, but all of a sudden my attention was towards the clock ticking at the wall. So perhaps if they removed it, I would've fell asleep. But regardless, will definitely come back. My skin feels really smooth and rejuvenated!
