Service is good, but the pricing practices are excessive. A mandatory 37.5% tip was added automatically -- that's not a tip anymore, that's a surcharge. Customers should have the freedom to choose 18-20% based on service, not be forced into nearly 40%. On top of that, they charge an extra fee (around $3+) just for paying with a debit card, which is unreasonable. Good service doesn't justify these kinds of charges. Customers should be aware before going.

The prior reviews about a mandatory $15 minimum tip are, unfortunately, accurate, even though this policy is not posted anywhere. My service was $45, and I offered a $10 tip (about 22%), but the staff insisted that $15 (about 35%) was required. This approach feels unprofessional and can make customers feel pressured when trying to support a local small business, especially when there is a Massage Envy and SoJo Spa offering similar to better service nearby.
