long wait times and hours of operation online are wrong. every time i call i get the other office location and have to ask if its the westbury location or not. says open at 8 am on friday but just called (got the other office) and said they (westbury) opened at 930 .... i don't know maybe someone should correct that ?

Been coming here for years and not one to write reviews but I am so frustrated with them. Dr prescribed me 3 different acne products... go to pick them up at pharmacy to have them tell me one is not covered and needs prior authorization. Fine I will get the paper work and pick up prescription a few days later... so I thought. Nope. Called office 9 times in the course of two weeks. Westbury and woodmere location. Pharmacy and insurance called and faxed paper work for two weeks and no response. I would call and the receptionist would say we will give you a call back days would go by NO CALL. I would call again and get a nasty receptionist. Very rude and told me get it through a secondary pharmacy. Why can't you fill out the prior authorization paperwork ?? Over two weeks later I just ended up getting from secondary pharmacy because they wouldn't give me any info or sign any paperwork. So so unprofessional and frustrating when I explained I would be going back to college and needed this medication.
