I had my first laser hair removal session at Complexions in City Island and it was such a great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I told them it was my first time and that I was a little nervous, and they really took their time to walk me through the process. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, gave me a stress ball, applied numbing cream, and kept checking in to see if I was okay. I really appreciated how patient and attentive they were. It made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.
