I had such an amazing experience with my head spa treatment with Aja! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable. Aja explained every step along the way, which I really appreciated and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the use of a scalp analysis camera, allowing me to see a detailed before-and-after view of my scalp, such an impressive and insightful touch.The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with calming music that made it feel like a true escape. On top of that, she was so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend her.

I was incredibly nervous about getting my Brazilian wax, especially because I have a really low pain tolerance. But from the moment I walked into Cloud9Spa, all my anxiety melted away. Aja was an absolute angel! She was so sweet, incredibly patient with me, and talked me through the whole process. She used hard wax, which made a world of difference. If you have sensitive skin or low pain tolerance, hard wax is a total game-changer--it didn't pull at my skin at all, and the pain was nowhere near as bad as soft wax. What really saved the day was the vibe in the room. They had great music playing, and Aja let me literally sing along to distract myself while she worked. It completely took my mind off the wax and made the whole experience actually fun instead of terrifying. I am so happy with the results--smooth, clean, and zero drama. If you are a first-timer or nervous about your pain tolerance, go see Aja at Cloud9Spa. She is a miracle worker!
