Dr. Hank Chien is a master at his craft, though his skills extend beyond surgery. That is why I trust him as a surgeon, because his dedication to things means he excels in what he sets his sights on. I had my eyes done with great results -- Hank listened to what I wanted and teased out the details until he came upon a solution. He provided multiple options and communicated expectations clearly. He also showed great care and bedside manner during the whole process, from consultation to operation and aftercare.
