I had an excellent experience at Chelsea Wellness Spa. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage for $50, and it exceeded my expectations. My masseuse, Wei Wei, was very skilled and attentive, focusing on all my tension points and ensuring I left feeling completely relaxed. The spa is clean, quiet, and offers a calming atmosphere from start to finish. Cash and debit are accepted, and they even offer a discount when paying with cash, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality service For my full video review check out my pages on Instagram & TikTok @travelnistaonthemove.

I've been a loyal customer for over a year. Today I went to get a couples massage, which was amazing as usual. After our service, my partner and I tipped our masseuses an amount that they were not pleased with. They looked at us in disgust and disbelief. They then asked us if that was it and if we can give more - about 15% or 20%. The receptionist even pointed out that there was an ATM machine in the establishment. That was very rude and distasteful. It left me baffled. I've always gone above and beyond to tip after every service. It's been the same consistent amount since I started going there and it's never been an issue before. Tipping is not an obligation, but an option. The fact that they felt entitled to make us feel small for not giving the amount they expected was disgusting. If your employees have to live off of tips, maybe you should be paying them more !! Just lost a loyal customer for good.
