Beyond disappointed... The office is unclean, Cold, and not Patient friendly at all. When you take the elevator to the floor they don't even have a sign to point you to where the office is. So you wonder around aimlessly to find it. I felt very icky being in the small office, where the paper roll was on top on the chair, and fell on me. Dirty walls, dirty floor, simply unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr.Gupta and would not recommend her, very disgusting and rude. From the beginning, the level of care felt rushed and impersonal. My concerns were not taken seriously. It seemed like the appointment was more about getting through patients quickly than actually providing thoughtful medical attention. Overall, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and I would advise others to consider alternative providers.
