This is my first Google review, but it is necessary to share awareness. I was looking forward to my appointment here based on familial recommendation but also other Google reviews. I was incredibly disappointed. Only leaving 1 star because Rachel is very thoughtful and understanding of concerns, but not worth a 30 minute wait in my opinion. This office does not respect appointment times. My appointment was at 11 AM, and I arrived ten minutes earlier to ensure I was on time. Time continued to pass and I asked the receptionist multiple times when I would be called in and she said "we are busy today". Ultimately, I was called in at 11:32 AM, seen at 11:41 AM and my appointment ended at 11:53 AM. I later found out that Rachel was in the middle of a procedure prior to my appointment. However, this was very poor scheduling on the office's part, especially for a new patient. If this is how they treat new patients, I don't ever want to come back. At least 3 people who came in significantly after my were seen before me. I had completed all my forms on time and again, arrived earlier than my appointment time. If Rachel has a lot of patients, then don't schedule a time that cannot be committed to. Incredibly disrespectful of people's time.
