Facilities were really nice, and my facial was great, but my massage was very disappointing. The massage therapist seemed inexperienced, with rough movements, uneven pressure, and a lack of attentiveness throughout the service. She also kept bumping into things, which made the experience feel unprofessional and distracting. During my facial, I could hear weights being slammed in the fitness center, which took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. When we raised our concerns, they only offered 10% off one massage. Given the reputation of the brand, we expected much better service and customer care. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
