I recently visited the Bronx Dermatology Hub to have my skin tags removed and I must say the entire experience, from start to finish, was outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed. This positive atmosphere continued with the Medical Assistant, who promptly took me to the room and efficiently got me ready for my procedure. The highlight of my visit was the care provided by Physician Assistant Jaclyn Churchill. Since this was my first time getting this procedure, I was quite nervous, but Jaclyn was absolutely amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step before she began. Throughout the entire process, she consistently checked in on me, making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Her attention and compassion truly put me at ease. Before leaving, she also kindly gave me some sample goodies, including moisturizers and cleansers to take home. I am looking forward to my follow up visit with her this upcoming Friday! I highly recommend Jaclyn Churchill and the entire team at the Bronx Dermatology Hub for their professionalism, kindness, exceptional care and beautiful office.
