I went to Dr. Elaine Lai at Borealis Dermatology for an excision and honestly... amazing experience. The procedure was painless, fast, and super professional. The stitching came out looking great! You can tell she really cares about doing clean, precise work. She talked to me the whole way through the surgery, which made me feel completely comfortable and calm. Great sense of humor, super kind, and just an overall great energy. I genuinely won't go anywhere else for derm services after this. Highly recommend

Had a crazy abscess cyst form on my back the week of new years that hurt to the pointbit was affecting day to day life. I went and saw Elaine one of the docs there and she quickly explained what it was, the options we had to take care of it and handled it with care and patience. The procedure required follow ups and meds which she always was on top of and even took care of some smaller problems on my back before they had the chance to become problematic down the line. Professional, informative, and clean services compared to other places I have been. Highly recommend and I barely leave reviews but this one deserved one
