Nothing short of exceptional -- a true sanctuary of relaxation and care. I have been a devoted customer for more than five years, and despite living 45 minutes away, I gladly make the drive because no other place compares to the experience Rene and her incredible team consistently provide. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine appreciation for your presence. Rene has created an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and comforting -- a perfect balance that instantly melts away stress. The spa itself is always immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote peace and serenity. Every visit feels like stepping into a little oasis. Rene and her staff treat their clients with the utmost respect, care, and attention. Their dedication to creating a relaxing and personalized experience is evident in everything they do -- from the calming ambiance to the quality of their services. Whether you're coming in for a massage, skincare, or simply a moment of escape, you can feel the passion and professionalism behind every service. What truly sets Bodyworks Day Spa apart is the consistency. For over five years, every single visit has been exceptional -- the same warm smiles, the same calming energy, and the same high level of service that keeps me coming back. It's rare to find a business where excellence is the standard, but Rene has built exactly that. If you're looking for a spa that not only delivers top-tier services but also makes you feel genuinely cared for, Bodyworks Day Spa is the place. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's worth every mile and every minute of the drive.

I am very upset with the treatment that I was given at Body Works Day Spa. I am a first time mom to a one year old and recently moved further away from the store. I enjoyed my experience so much that even though it was a far drive I was still going to stay with Body Works for my eyebrow service. Usually I have care taken care of for my child, however no one could watch her that morning so I had no choice but to bring my daughter with me. As many woman might be able to empathize, we all know that a 30+ minute drive with a baby is hit or miss and the time has to be planned accordingly to make sure you have everything for the child but also for yourself. I did just that on this morning. I walked into the appointment to only be greeted by the owner telling me that I will not be able to be serviced for my eyebrow appointment today because my baby will likely cry during the appointment and she had a customer who was getting a massage in the door next door. As a mom, as a woman, and as a person who is just trying her best to do everything that is necessary, I was shocked when I was denied service. I even asked if she could do my eyebrows in the waiting room but she responded saying that there would not be enough light for her to see. Now, I did not care if my eyebrows didn't look as perfect as she usually does it since there wouldn't be enough light in the waiting room, I just needed them done because I had a wedding that night. But again, I was not accommodated. She had asked if I can come back at 12. I responded no- I have a one year old and I am the sole caretaker today and I live 30 minutes away. Any person would understand this and how ridiculous that question even is. To boot, the owner did not want to ruin her other customer's experience with a baby who might cry next door for a probably 7 minute quick eyebrow appointment, but rather have had lost a customer indefinitely. The person who was getting his/her massage could definitely relate in some way- he/she may have a mom, may be a parent themselves, or even be a Godparent. If the owner of the company handled it properly and explained it to them afterward, I am sure this individual would have came to an understanding and that this was not a normal occurrence at the Body Works studio. Instead, I was refused service and my experience was ruined. Very sad because I referred multiple people here which I will not be doing anymore and I am always a paying customer with not just eyebrows bimonthly, but always shopping her beauty and skincare products that are on display. As the owner of the company, this was handled improperly and unjustly and I will never be back into this store again.
