First, I like to start with the building. The office was beautiful very inviting very comfortable. First person I saw was Khrista amazing so nice so sweet. She explained a lot of things to me and then I got to meet Dr Lenelle over the top amazing. She broke everything down to me she explains everything detailed by detailed. She even wrote down the directions and suggestions that I need to do and use I can't wait to go back. I referred her to all my friends and family. You guys need to go amazing Thx Dr Lenelle

I'm sorry but this place was not a 5 star for me. The guys at the front desk were actually a 5 star but not the doctor. They were very professional and kind, the place was clean however the doctor didn't even examine my scalp, she assumed i needed an injection. Gave me the option to choose which one i felt comfortable doing for my hair loss.. smh..and the appointment felt rushed. I was supposed to make another visit this month but they never called me to remind me of the appointment. She's probably really good for acne treatments and skin care but not hair loss for black women. That was my experience, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. Its the fact that she didn't even examine my hair and scalp, just glanced at it..
