I just want to start by saying i bought this laser session through Groupon for like $160 for 6 sessions, idk if they discriminate over Groupon purchases but that's how i felt because the receptionist assumed i had already used my voucher when on the voucher it clearly states bare bliss on it and also considering it was MY FIRST time there ever! I just want to say i was a little offended by it bc she was looking at me like i was a criminal lol no lie. I was interested in purchasing more packages until that happened so i kind of just stood with what i purchased.. Only did 1 session so far and for my first experience i didn't feel as welcomed as much, i feel like she was sort of rushing the process and even when i tried to ask some questions she was sort of like you will be fine and not too much explaining. I'm just going to give up on making appointments with them. The session is literally only 5 min and i walked in and out, I feel like there communication isn't great and when it comes to accommodating there going to make sure the people that didn't book through groupon is taken cared of. Waste of money time and first time experience wasn't great for me an i even tipped for my 5 min walk in lol, well i tried but Thanks.
