I had the most incredible facial at Araya Spa with Nancy, and I'm still amazed at how refreshed and radiant my skin looks. My complexion is *glowing* and feels unbelievably clean. The ambiance of the spa is calming and beautiful--exactly the kind of environment you want to melt into during a treatment. Nancy is truly exceptional. She's informative without ever overwhelming, incredibly personable, and her depth of knowledge is obvious from the moment she begins. She explained every step, tailored the facial perfectly to my skin's needs, and made the entire experience feel both luxurious and educational. It's rare to find someone who is this skilled *and* this warm. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Nancy is absolutely amazing. I can't recommend her enough.

Really well run place with a calm and professional atmosphere. Everything felt organized and taken care of from start to finish. The treatment itself was great done with attention to detail and a clear sense of experience behind it. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the service and how the whole place is managed. It's not just about the results (which were very perfect ), but the overall experience. You'll probably know this is from me, but I mean it impressive work. I'll definitely be back in May.
