Dr. Drew Marano is a highly skilled and fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in gender affirmation surgery. Following his residency at Columbia University / Cornell University, he pursued further specialization in gender affirmation surgery as the first-ever Harvard University Complex Gender and Microsurgery Fellow, where he received training in the most advanced techniques in this field.
