She is absolutely above 5 stars, Dr. Yao has the best and realistic bedside manner. She is above and beyond, i was a patient of reconstructive surgery and she made me feel normal again. Recovery time was barely anything. Any doctor can have the knowledge of what needs to be done, but it truly takes a talented person to have the vision of what's best for that patient, and the results are perfection. She IS the best of the best. Her team figured all of the paperwork and were in constant contact with me pre, and post op. Overall, a fantastic, and smooth experience.
