Elite Dermatologist, Best in Bergen, 15 Stars!! :D Professional front office, kind and capable nursing staff, and an absolute rockstar of a Doc in Dr. Young. Just because she works fast does not mean you are being rushed or ignored. I felt fully serviced, and all of the questions I asked were addressed. I am 44 years old and like to say I've been to nearly every dermatologist in Bergen County. Dr. Young not only simplified all of my topical meds into the 1 that really works the best, AND she also took the time to biopsy a sensitive part of my face, the tip of my nose, that was really worrying me. I am grateful, thank you, Dr. Young! Please don't mistake someone's clinical demeanor for rudeness or hasty care. Dr. Young really cares about her patients; I personally felt it and will be returning in the future.She's the best in Bergen. Elite is not an exaggeration! If you're on the fence and reading this, do yourself a favor and get under her care. Dr. Young single-handedly fixed my face.

My experience with Dr. Young was not positive. My first visit was not pleasant, and I left feeling unheard. During our interaction, her responses to my concerns felt generic and dismissive. When I explained the issue I was experiencing, the explanation I received was simply that it was "part of the aging process," without deeper discussion or exploration of possible solutions. I'm not intending to make this about race, but I did not feel a genuine level of concern or personalized care. There were no follow-up questions about my history or contributing factors just a basic response that did not address my individual needs. This appointment was scheduled based on a recommendation from Dr. Woodham, so I had higher expectations for the level of care. Unfortunately, I did not feel that thoughtful attention or meaningful guidance was provided. I will be seeking another dermatologist who takes a more engaged and patient-centered approach to care.
