They both have such amazing energy and truly go above and beyond to make every client feel special, relaxed, and confident. Not only are they incredibly friendly and professional, but they're also extremely knowledgeable about all of the services offered. They took the time to answer all of my questions about Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, PRP treatments, and wellness services without ever making me feel rushed. They explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel seamless, personalized, and stress-free. The Flatiron location itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and luxurious while still feeling warm and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares deeply about creating a thoughtful, high-end client experience focused on comfort, care, and natural-looking results. Allysa and Judy are honestly the heart of the studio. They are attentive, patient, organized, thoughtful, and so personable. It's rare to come across front desk staff who make such a lasting impression, but these two absolutely do. Their professionalism combined with their genuine kindness made my visit unforgettable.
