Don't Waste Your Money! I have been going to BoroPark OGBYN for almost 10 years and signed up for a one year of session for laser removal last year in November. I had a couple of sessions with Amanda, she was great, very professional. However, In January, the office hours and days were cut, so I had the choice of having my appointments on 2 Sundays every month. I was not able to make 3 appointments during the year because my choice of 2 Sundays, turned into 1 Sunday. Again, this was not Amanda's fault, she was very professional about the whole situation. I was told by Lauren that I could make up my sessions and that she would call me to arrange something. I never received a call. I called and left multiple messages without a returned call or a resolution to this issue, since the office was essentially closed. I am still waiting for a call back. Don't waste your money and find another business that is professional.

Came in for a laser hair removal session with Amanda and it was such an amazing experience. She is so transparent and vocal to make sure to you understand everything that's going on and what she'll be doing. She also always made sure everything was okay and asked to see if I needed any breaks to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Truly an amazing experience that I would always recommend, especially with this kind soul! Sweetest person ever!!
