I had such a great experience with Dr. Anastasia and her assistant Amira. I had been procrastinating on going to a dermatologist for a long time because I usually don't enjoy the rushed approach many offices have, but this experience was completely different. I truly felt cared for and listened to every step of the way, with attention to every detail. Both Dr. Anastasia and Amira were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The front desk staff was also so warm and welcoming. So grateful I finally found a place where I felt genuinely comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Really disappointing service. I went in for a general checkup and was told everything looked fine, except the doctor (Bib Bin Fan) noticed a mole and suggested freezing it. I agreed. He left the room, and after about 20 minutes he came back and asked why I was still there. I explained I was waiting for the procedure. He froze the mole quickly, mentioned it might need more than one treatment, and left again without explaining when to return or how long I should wait before the next session. I ended up monitoring the healing on my own. When the scab fell off, I decided to schedule the next session. But when I called, there were no notes in my file, and the receptionist had no idea when I was supposed to come back. The next available appointment was about a month away, and I still didn't know if I was supposed to wait that long or not. I felt completely abandoned in the process, so I decided to see another professional. At this point, I'm not even confident the original general checkup was done properly.
