Dr Baranzani is a wonderful, professional and competent physician. I have had my share of basal cell skin cancer...(I have had MOHS 3x,too that were performed by Asa Leftkowitz, MD who also is a wonderful skilled surgeon) A few months ago, I developed a cancerous lesion IN my ear(recurring spot where I had had MOHS 2x already). Dr. Baranzani made the decision after a positive biopsy result on my ear, not to go the MOHS route but instead had me use a topical medicine inside my ear for 8 weeks. I was very pleased to do this and the end result was my skin cancer resolved itself. I cannot thank Dr. Baranzani enough for his expertise and wise and educated decision in regards to my issue. Patient, mild-mannered and always takes the time to fully explain everything . The desk staff is great too...hospitable, sweet and always polite. The assistants, especially Danielle, is the best, in every way. Caring, compassionate and easy to talk to. A lovely person. Great office, great doctors and I always know I am getting the best of care there.

Dr. Barazani has been the dermatologist for me and my family for many years. I trust him completely. His skill, professionalism, and calm, reassuring manner always make the experience easy and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The medical assistant, Danielle, was amazing-caring, charismatic, and attentive. She made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Barazani and his staff consistently provide a level of care that is hard to find. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
