I increased this review by one more star since my initial visit and I've updated the following comments: The care at this practice serves a very good purpose for the community at large. The staff was better during my second visit than they were on my first and they've shown they can be assistive when the opportunity affords itself. The doctor this time was better engaged with probing questions and super informative specifically about the condition at hand. Operations and office administration requires some serious updating; stacks of paper files should be a thing of the past and filling out lengthy paper forms at arrival wastes everyone's time. Overall, the care is what matters most and the doctor seems to have a positive reputation with his longtime/old-school patients.

Horrible experience all around. My wait time was well over an hour. The doctor barely scanned my body. As a new patient with a history of skin cancer, I would have thought that this would be a bare minimum. I left there feeling as if I was not seen properly & worse, I was charge $215 for a 45 MINUTE NEW PATIENT. The doctor saw me for a total of 20 minutes at best. Do your skin a favor & seek a different dermatologist.
