Tucked away in a charming nook of Englewood, NJ, Our spa is an intimate escape from the bustle of daily life. Ameni, an old friend, is very professional and hospitable. She was thorough in finding out my health issues and history. I received targeted cryotherapy on my ankle. It wasn't uncomfortable, just slight numbing for a few seconds after each time. After, I received some Red Light Therapy for about 20 minutes. I wore some protective eyewear and felt very relaxed afterwards. The clinic is very clean and homely. Truly, a hidden gem.
